Lily

Lily is a catgirl with silver fur, hair, and eyes, strikingly beautiful even by catgirl standards who became a stray after having been abandoned, starving on the streets.
When given an opportunity to be much more than what she was, she is bold and intelligent enough to take it. She is fearless and idealistic, while still understanding that she has a lot to learn about the society she lives in. With empowerment comes responsibility, and the burden of the consequences that come from her decisions and actions.
Michael
In his younger days, Michael was a “stray” himself, homeless and hopeless until someone gave him some help and opened a door to a new life. Since then, he has become very successful in business and has accumulated a fair amount of wealth, but he generally lives well beneath his means.
He is logical and cool under stress. He makes decisions rapid and boldly, but not impulsively; he instead analyzes and acts on available information quickly. He supports Lily in her mission, but understands his role is just to support, both personally and as part of the organization.
Aiko
Unremarkable in appearance, Aiko suffered serious mental and physical abuse as a “pet” and harbors significant antagonism towards humans as a justifiable result. She speaks little, preferring to let her actions speak for her instead. Aiko has the most militant attitude of the key members of the Foundation.
Mochi
Mochi is a caregiver by nature and training. She serves as the Foundation’s medic and deputy to Lily. Her calm, soothing demeanor is welcomed by her patients, but can also be a mask to hide her own anxieties when those she cares most about are absent or in danger.
Whiskers
Playful, energetic, and an odd combination of worldly and naive, Whiskers seems to play the part of “kid sister” to all of the catgirls, She makes newcomers feel at home and loves to cook (although she avoids doing any other type of chore or work).
Isabella
Lore master and educator for the group, Bella (or, “Miss Bella” when she’s teaching) takes on the responsibility for not only general education, but to research and teach traditional catgirl history and culture, to allow the rescues to find some way to connect with their cultural heritage even as they find themselves living in a human-dominated society.
